F:Top painting workshop:Zhou jun.his rework rate is less 3%-5% than others,output higher 10%-20% than others,salary higher 10%-30% than others.
M:Guan Chengxiu,he finish the work which other people don’t want to do.
F:Sample workshop Zhang Desheng He worked as from usual worker to sample woker who was motivatd and eager to learn.
M:Packing workshop:Wu Zexi.Have good technology which can assemble the mock-up which others can’t do.Like a project mock-up in India,he worked overtime and confirm it qualified by himself then leave.
F:Wang Zhengming,He think everyone first,after he into factory,when cut-out wood area need one more people,he stands out which other people don’t want to do and resolve the requirement of prodcution,but his original work is gong machine.
M:Listen from the ordinary and marvelously deeds,I believe ,we are fully touched...
F:For our lovely brilliant staff,the conscientious work is not only a adjective,is his duty,Love and dedication is not only a metaphor,is their responsibility...
M:In usual work,this brilliant staff never be late and leave early,they obey leader’s arrangement and exceed to finish their job.which their with good technology and good relationship with colleagues,responsible for the work,willing to help others,be honest,modest,strong aggressive and love team.They are actively to match with new management system,also are the models of all staff to learn.

F:In July 2011,The administration department have found good man which stand by my side the host Chen Qijun,worked as designer in design department,responsible for make the drawing.After he works here,he was polite,love work ,willing to study and challenge.He begins work on 26th Sep,2011,all design work finished by himself,he as a new employee,he worked hard,active,positive:polite, sunny handsome passionate in his common life! What’s most important,he raises to General Manager Jack Huang,he was willing to do the work of design and development of the product which will be show in exhibition trade show in March next year ,and his initiative has been praised by General Manager Huang.
